The new plan prices, as mentioned already, are more expensive when compared to the previous ones. However, this does not mean that Airtel has forgotten about its budget-conscious customers. Airtel value-for-money prepaid plans
The monthly plan which earlier cost Rs 179 now costs Rs 199. This plan still remains as one of the best value for money plans if you don’t want to spend a hefty amount at once and have less data requirements. The plan now includes 2GB of data, 28 day validity, unlimited calls, and 100 SMS per day. However, if you can stretch your budget by Rs 20, we would recommend the Rs 219 plan. As part of this plan, you can get 3GB data with 30 days validity.
If you are someone who needs more data, there are the per day data plans. The Rs 349 plan, which earlier cost Rs 299, offers 1.5GB of daily data, while the Rs 399 plan has been revised to Rs 449, providing 3GB of daily data for 28 days. There is also the Rs 299 plan which gives you 1 GB of data everyday and has a validity of 28 days.
For users needing longer validity, the Rs 579 plan, which was Rs 479, now offers 1.5GB of daily data for 56 days. The three-month Rs 859 plan, previously Rs 719, now includes 1.5GB of daily data for 84 days. Annual plans have also been adjusted, with the Rs 1999 plan, previously Rs 1799, now offering 24GB of data for 365 days.
Data add-on plans
The Data add-on plans have also been revised, starting with the Rs 22 plan, which was previously priced at Rs 19 and now offers 1GB of additional data for one day. The Rs 33 plan, formerly Rs 29, now costs Rs 33 and provides 2GB of extra data for one day. Lastly, the Rs 77 plan, which used to be Rs 65, is now priced at Rs 77 and includes 4GB of additional data for the validity of the base plan.
