A New Level of Remote Connectivity: TEAL and Stargent Partnership Drives IoT Solutions – IoT Evolution World

John “Hannibal” Smith’s character in “The A-Team” and his catchphrase “I love it when a plan comes together!” aren’t exactly relevant media-wise as we approach 2024. (I doubt many millennials and zoomers have seen the franchise’s 2010 remake, let alone are caught up on the ‘80s action series.) Still, the catchphrase itself is an ageless one; personally, I say it from time to time when things do, in fact, come together nicely.

So, an example that is relevant to today’s news: A new plan has, indeed, come together regarding IoT companies TEAL and Stargent. The former is a connectivity provider with renowned GSMA certified eSIM technology that supports industry applications involving IoT and IIoT, healthcare, mobility, robotics and drones, private 5G/LTE and more. The latter is a provider of custom-engineered IoT solutions that enable its diverse client base to deploy what it describes as “an endless array of use cases” by providing connectivity through cellular, RFID and LMR.

Together, the TEAL-Stargent plan is simple: Earlier this morning, the two announced a new partnership. TEAL will enable Stargent to deliver secure and reliable eSIM-based solutions for enterprise customers; per the announcement itself, “the combination of TEAL’s eSIM technology and Stargent’s end-to-end solutions will offer unparalleled speed, flexibility, scalability, convenience, and cost savings.”

The long-story-short of this plan is that TEAL’s eSIM platform – providing native connectivity and access for any IoT device on more than 3,500 global networks – will address Stargent’s clients’ remote data requirements across industry verticals that range from predictive maintenance and building management to asset tracking, leak detection, pest monitoring and much more. And by enabling robust remote connectivity for its commercial customers, Stargent’s clients can increase their value prop and reach entirely new markets. TEAL’s simple implementation process and comprehensive eSIM management dashboard will also allow Stargent’s team to quickly onboard new clients while keeping network security front and center.

Having come together, you could certainly call this plan a nice win-win for these IoT connectivity partners.

Robert Hamblet, TEAL’s CEO, explains it even better:

“TEAL’s platform enables Stargent and their customers to quickly and easily connect any device onto any data network over-the-air, or OTA,” Hamblet described. “This partnership will enable Stargent to provide their customers with the best possible solutions for their remote connectivity needs.”

Jon Reedy, Stargent’s founder and CEO, is in agreement.

“The TEAL team is such a pleasure to work with,” Reedy said, “and their input has provided the necessary expertise to truly bring our vision to market. TEAL’s simple implementation and comprehensive eSIM management dashboard allow our team to work more quickly and efficiently. We are thrilled to bring this new level of connectivity to our customers.”
