Lava Yuva aims to attract the budget-conscious consumers looking for advanced 5G connectivity and other features. Moreover, the device will be available on Amazon, where a dedicated microsite is already live.

Lava Yuva 5G: Specifications

The short video, posted by Lava, confirms the camera specifications. Lava Yuva 5G has a circular camera module at the back engraved with a 50-megapixel main sensor. We can also see AI branding on the rear panel, which suggests that the new Lava phone will come with some AI-based features for photos and videos. The rumour is that the device will also support a 16 MP front camera.

Other than the camera, the video also gives us glimpses of the Lava Yuva’s design. The design resembles the previous flagship, Yuva 3 which has flat edges. Previously, the smartphone company only displayed the dark green coloured variant. But after the latest reveal of the launch date, Lava unveiled two colour variants for the upcoming device — dark blue and dark green. The back panel is finished with a matte texture, and the Lava logo along with a 5G insignia is positioned vertically at the lower end.

Additionally, the Lava Yuva 5G has been spotted on the Geekbench platform under the model number LXX513, revealing some of its key specifications. The device is expected to run on Android 14 and offer either 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM. The device is anticipated to be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity chipset, likely either the Dimensity 6300 SoC or Dimensity 6080 SoC, featuring two high-performance cores clocked at 2.4GHz and six efficiency cores at 2.0GHz.

Under the hood, the device is expected to sport a 5,000mAh battery. The charging and display details are currently under wraps, but Lava is expected to offer a massive screen similar to other Lava devices. It is likely to bundle a charger along with the smartphone, unlike what Samsung does. We will have more details about the device in the coming days.
