Martello has unveiled a new, “industry first” Microsoft Copilot 365 user experience management solution for enterprises.

Martello, a prominent provider of Microsoft Teams user experience management solutions, has enhanced its Vantage DX offering with new features that bolster enterprise investment in Microsoft’s high-end services, including the enterprise-focused Copilot 365, Teams Phone, and Teams Meeting Room.

Martello stresses that these upgrades are designed to optimise user experience and ensure a robust return on investment for these premium Microsoft services.

“Martello continues to be at the forefront of the user experience management market as the first solution launched to support Microsoft Copilot,” said Randah McKinnie, VP of Product at Martello.

The introduction of experience management for Copilot, along with new experience management capabilities for high growth, high investment services like Teams Phone and Teams Rooms, demonstrates our commitment to supporting customers as they adopt modern technologies to drive better collaboration and productivity across their hybrid workforce.”

Martello suggests its latest enhancements to Vantage DX are a direct response to the widespread adoption of Microsoft’s premium services, as evidenced by nearly 60 percent of the Fortune 500 companies utilising Copilot for Microsoft 365. Many are integrating Copilot into their AI strategies, seeking ways to drive adoption and extract maximum value from this significant investment.

Martello outlines that the complexity of implementing and managing services like Teams Phone and Teams Meeting Rooms also poses challenges for enterprises as they strive to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency. Martello’s upgrades aim to address these challenges, ensuring enterprises can fully leverage the capabilities of premium Microsoft services without incurring spiralling costs.

More Specifics On The New Vantage DX Capabilities

Vantage DX introduces new capabilities to enhance user experience and simplify IT operations in a single move.

The Copilot feature ensures optimal user experience via performance monitoring, alerting, and network path tracing, preventing any negative impact on performance that could affect Copilot adoption.

Teams Phone now includes license optimisation, ensuring that only those who need Teams Phone are licensed, thereby controlling costs. Finally, Teams Meeting Room now offers network path tracing and proactive monitoring, integrated with Microsoft’s call quality and Teams Pro dashboard in one console, streamlining the process and speeding up issue resolution.

These updates collectively aspire to create a frictionless user experience and efficiency for IT admins.

Martello Focuses Strategy On Vantage DX Sales For Future Growth

Last month, it became clear that Martello is focusing its strategy for future growth on significantly driving Vantage DX sales.

According to its most recent earnings call for FY24, Martello reported a decline in total revenues compared to FY23. FY24 revenue totalled $15.8 million, a 2 percent decrease from FY23. In Q4 FY24, revenue was $3.8 million, representing a 5 percent decrease from $4.0 million in Q4 FY23.

The decline in sales for FY24 was partly due to the planned sunsetting of several of Martello’s legacy products. In Q4 FY24, revenue from these sunsetting products accounted for 40 percent of Martello’s total revenue, a decrease of 13 percent, or $0.23 million, compared to Q4 FY23.

However, Martello emphasises that this short-term pain is part of a long-term growth strategy expected to yield positive results in FY25. Notably, Martello’s flagship Microsoft Teams monitoring tool, Vantage DX, achieved a 27 percent year-over-year revenue increase, highlighting the company’s most promising future growth opportunities.
