Zoom and TalkTalk have announced a strategic agreement to distribute the latter’s services to resellers in the UK.
The partnership will help deliver several of Zoom’s portfolio of communications and collaboration products and services to partners across the UK. These include Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center. The partner portfolio features AI capabilities and expands to value-added services, such as whiteboards, webinars, events, and analytics.

These integrated services provide a valuable all-in-one platform fully equipped for video, voice, online workspaces, conferencing, and contact centre capabilities.

The platform can be managed through the Zoom Administrator Portal and Dashboard, enabling simple installation and deployment. Zoom’s portfolio inclusion in TalkTalk’s existing connectivity offerings to resellers will introduce more commercially competitive channel propositions.

All Zoom solutions can be accessed via TalkTalk’s customer interface and its suite of APIs. This allows partners to operate in their preferred systems, with quotes updated in real-time as designs change, ensuring a seamless ordering experience.

Last week, Zoom AI Companion reached the one million meeting summary milestone.
Zoom’s generative AI assistant achieved the figure less than two months after the solution’s launch, with over 125,000 accounts utilising the service. To commemorate the achievement, Zoom unveiled new capabilities, additional language support, and improvements to existing capabilities for AI Companion, including meeting coaching and in-meeting questions.
GTT and Zoom Phone also partnered to offer enhanced voice solutions for businesses last week.
GTT’s SIP Trunking customers can access Zoom Phone’s Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC) services with a more streamlined process after adding Zoom Phone Provider Exchange functionality. The partnership between GTT and Zoom allows GTT customers to utilise the self-service means of Provider Exchange and integrate GTT as their voice provider within the Zoom Phone platform.
Late last month, Zoom launched its internet software vendor (ISV) programme, which included prestigious partners such as Theta Lake and Verint.
The programme expanded upon Zoom Partner Connect and will enable Zoom to resell choice ISV solutions directly to customers. By integrating partner services within the Zoom platform, the video conferencing and collaboration giant can address more customer demands and streamline the purchasing process with a single, all-in-one experience.
Meanwhile, Zoom and Lumen have grown their partnership to deliver enhanced VoIP experiences for businesses.
Zoom and Lumen have complemented the latter’s reliable network infrastructure and phone services with Zoom’s capability-rich cloud phone system. The partnership creates a streamlined and secure approach for businesses to collaborate anywhere and anytime.
